We want to create a work environment that promotes health, age-appropriate work, collaboration, and development in the best possible way. The survey results provide us with valuable starting points for this.
The survey identifies existing resources, highlights stressors, and helps us clearly define areas for development. On this basis, we develop further concrete health-promoting measures.
In addition, specific needs and desires for health-promoting measures were surveyed. The overall results underscore — also differentiated by age group or field of activity — that the greatest need for action exists in the areas of stress management, strengthening personal resources und healthy nutrition.
The results show: We, as the Evangelisches Klinikum Niederrhein – Bethesda Hospital, have a strong foundation of team spirit, cohesion, and a sense of purpose. At the same time, there are areas for action in health promotion, leadership development, and corporate culture.
The next step will be to discuss the results with managers, discuss them in the OHM steering committee, and evaluate them together with management. Based on this, we will develop concrete measures in 2025, which will be implemented starting in 2026.
